There's a lovely effect that I believe Richard Osterlind did on his 1st Penguin live lecture that takes an IPhone calculator, several calculations are punched in & the results are of course predicted when = is pressed.
This works out of the box on an IPhone but not on an Android (least not my Galaxy Note 4).
I've downloaded around 10 or so calculator apps trying to get one that does this but to no avail.
Obviously I've been a bit sketchy here but basically the calculator must have a scientific function when in landscape that reverts to a basic mode when in portrait.
By popping in a scientific calculation beforehand the magic happens upon =.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about & if so any ideas what app works?
