I'm always keen to add routines that take up little or no pocket space. Recently been learning Gypsie Thread for walkaround, for example, and I just bought the Confessions of a Needle Swallower DVD (more for parlous and stage).
I was thinking about magic with cigarette papers... Do you rate it? Can it play big enough to be worth leaning? If I buy the appropriate books or DVDs, might I be able to put together, say, a three phase routine?
No doubt there's a lot of cigarette paper magic dotted around, but off the top of my head I can't recall seeing anything that didn't seem trivial, or fiddly/fussy (there's a trick where you spin a cigarette paper on your finger after folding it certain ways, I just find that sort of thing annoying, it's more of a pub stunt than a trick)...
But I expect there's some real classic cig paper magic out there that I've somehow missed!
