I was wondering if anybody had ordered from houseoffakini.com, and could give me an idea of how long it usually takes for an order to arrive, and whether it's usual for them not to respond to messages?

We placed an order over 10 weeks ago, and haven't had any communication from them since. The website states that it can take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, so we weren't expecting to get the order instantly, but I'm starting to get a bit worried that it's taking so much longer than expected. I've tried emailing them, but have had no response.

I'm going to email them again, and hopefully I'll get a response this time but I was wondering; is it worth waiting another few weeks in case the order turns up, or whether to go via PayPal and try and get the money back?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I've now had a reply from Faikini, explaining why the order was delayed, and apologising for not replying to us earlier.
