Basically, you get a deck of cards, riffle it in front of some unsuspecting person prior to asking them the choose a card, and hey presto, they pick the card you wanted them to pick. I seem to remember David Blaine doing something similar in an advert at the cinema many years ago (I assumed he used a sxxxt cxxd???) Anyway, this uses a different method albeit similar in principle. The deck is nicely presented and although gimmicked, you can show the deck as genuine, but it may be unwise to hand it out for inspection.
I was concerned that this effect wouldn't be 100% once I saw the method, however, thus far, touch wood, it hasn't missed. Although, I do have an outer just in case. You can buy the basic version with one force card or you can buy the combo with multiple. I bought the combo, which personally, was a waste of money. I really can't be bothered to change the force card and have no reason to do so. But everybody is different so you might want the option?
It's ok for the price and pretty much does what it says on the tin. I have a gig in a few weeks and I'm using this as a very fast opener. My only reservation is the title. Apparently, the things you can do with this deck are 'Limitless.' They really aren't. No. Really, they aren't. You can force a card. That's it. Now I don't consider myself the dumbest creature on earth, nor do I consider myself the brightest, but even I can see the applications are not 'limitless.' Maybe I'm just being willfully blind???
Overall
Easy to do. Not bank breaking. Possibly 99% effective. It looks clean and at least you can ask your spectator "did you see lots of different cards go by" to which he will reply "yes" so it's more deceptive than a simple force, albeit, that's precisely what it is.
And if you're interested - my backup is that I just have the force card on the top of the deck. If they don't pick my card out during the 'free choice' I just riffle force the top card on them anyway, making some God awful joke about their initial choice of card!
