I am trying to add some attachments (jpeg images) to a post that are well below the 2MB threshold but am receiving the following message when trying to preview.

Sorry, but the maximum filesize for all Attachments is reached. Please contact the Board Administrator if you have questions.

Can you advise?

dat - is this something to do with your own personal quantity of attachments? I don't know why I'm thinking this, but I'm sure there's a limit to the number/size of attachments each member can post in total - check your profile and see if that helps.

It can also be to do with the number of attachments in a particular area I think. i got the same message the first few times I tried to upload something but then it magically fixed itself and i was able to upload the very same files a couple of days later.

Not sure Zack, that's why I was asking but considered that this might be a potential reason. I'll try again in a few days time to see if things change (as if my magic) as Nickj suggests.
