Aiming this at nobody in particular but, as with other posts about suppliers, can we please stick to facts and avoid guesses or conjecture. Most suppliers have issues from time to time and I've experienced less than super service from some of the ones in the UK - unanswered emails, delays in supply and even the wrong stuff being despatched on occasions. Inevitably there have been reasons for these issues, some acceptable but some not so. Where we have to be careful is in publishing over critical posts which could leave TM facing threats of legal action. There have been posts in the past raising queries and, out of the five we investigated, three were purely malicious fabrications with two made by a disgruntled former employee and one made by a competitor. The other two were resolved but despite inviting the complainants to post the outcome they seemingly didn't bother.
