Cheapest place to buy bicycle cards from ??

Postby moonbeam » Nov 26th, '16, 19:41

Any idea where's best place to buy bicycle cards from please ??
I need a Xmas list to give to my missus and it would be easier if I could give her a direct link :)
I'd prefer a brick of 12, but they all need to be blue - most of the packs I've found so far are mixed.
Googling brings up lots of sites - so where does everyone get their's from ??
It really doesn't matter if I have to buy the decks singly ..... as long as the price is right :P

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

This is a topic which used to crop up quite often although the information inevitably changes with time so well worth asking again. If I remember right the cheapest place was Costco although you need to be, or know, a member to take advantage. At one time ASDA sold bikes singly near the alcohol aisles, usually around Christmas time so it might be worth checking there. After that I guess Bike seconds would be economic if you don't mind the slight off-centre printing at times.

Cards4Magic? £2.00 per pack or slightly less if you buy a big box. Not terribly convenient if you don't live in Kent or can't get there during the week though.

Costco def cheapest I can find for a brick of 12 at £17.89 .... unfortunately they only come mixed - 6 red and 6 blue.

Cards4magic do a brick of 12 blue for £21.00. Free postage on orders over £50, but I can't find how much postage is for orders below £50 .... I'm guessing it'll be a few quid.

I've found a seller on Ebay, selling single decks, but with a discount for buying more. 12 decks for £22.99 + free postage.

I've found some slightly cheaper on Ebay; but the fact that they're coming from China, makes me question whether they're the real McCoy or not :)

I'll put the Ebay link here, but I know it'll be out of date soon; but it's here if anyone can make use of it:

Sorry - been away inhabiting Facebook for a bit.

Costco - if you're a member and can get to a warehouse, the brick of 12 mixed was £14.40 (£12 +vat) last time I was in. So to get 12 blue you'd be paying about £29, getting 12 red into the bargain and I'm sure you could easily find a magician nearby who uses red cards to take them off your hands at cost.

If you're not a member, or can't easily get to a warehouse, you can buy online - again mixed bricks - with a minimum order of 2 bricks and a small surcharge for non-members.

If you're going to Blackpool, Lawrence was considering selling bricks, so you could ask about a brick of blues.

Sounds like a line from a Country & Western song!

I currently get red(practice)/blue(perform) bricks for $1.50/pack delivered from here:

P.S. I'm in US, not UK, and I'm a Prime member, so, your mileage may differ...
