Goede Hemel! You are getting the wrong information. You will not find a shop in Amsterdam. You have to get on a train and go half an hour outside Amsterdam to Haarlem. There is a magic shop there. Unless it has gone broke by now as so many magic shops are doing nowadays. Because I am old and senile I forget the bloody name of it. Look up the Haarlem yellow pages under the classification "Feestarticlen" At least I think that is what it is.
I used to sell svengali decks in Holland. I learned the spiel in fluent Dutch which was a bit pointless since when I got there everybody spoke English anyway.
