The Ghost Deck, unless you bought one of the gaff ones, is just a regular deck of cards, albeit fancy-looking.

i know that, but im trying to think of something, color changes or something like that

I haven't ordered any Ghosts as yet but was wondering about the possibilities of doing a color fusion routine with these cards and some tigers.

Could make up some interesting stories when changing from a white grey to a black white backed card, particularly if you introduce the ghost deck in the box, show the whitish deck and then start talking about black magic or the dark side.

I think that an off centre printed ace would go down better in this deck than a tiger deck using a colour change.

OK - I've got my hands on half a dozen decks, really nice cards.

So who's seen the Black Ghosts on the Ellusionist site? Not for sale but spend $350 (£203 at todays exchange rate) EXCLUDING POSTAGE and we'll send you a deck with dog tags and a bottle opener. Hmmm....... I wonder who's going to spend to get their hands on these. Not me!

Check out: http://www.ellusionist.com/Christmas-Contest-2005.php

and they call it a contest................

I think that I'd rather order from Penguin. Some VERY unsavoury terms and conditions.

(Nice cards though)

I have a ghost deck. I just got it a couple weeks ago. They are really nice. However they are just like a totally ordinary deck except black and white lol with the the corners colored in like hearts and diamonds. I like the Black Tigers a little bit more. However when I do a card trick to people I always use just an ordinary deck because people get suspicious when using a deck they have never seen and that is the last thing I need lol.

Mine arrived on friday. A very nice deck. I'm very fond of the joker cards, I recon Ellusionist sould have made another joker card, so that he is facing out of the card, therefore giving a chance to play around with some joker story (like you can with the tiger ace and the offset ace). I still favor the tigers over the Ghost tho.

Gaz :)

The dogtags have actually gone on sale! $15 for the Ace and E logo and chain in a small pouch! All of the other prizes from the competition are going on sale too, apart from the Black Ghosts. I hope they bring them out, i didnt have enough money to spend $350!

Gambler - the nose printing is not a mistake - it was intentional

The printing problem still exists, I order a ghost deck and gaff deck last month and both suffer from this. On the bright side, I send ellusion asked that I only send one card from each (my choice, not the ace) so they could show to the retailer and the sent me a replacement deck of both (free of charge & shipping). If I had a scanner I could have simple sent them a scan. The replacements are much better and I still have the off center ones to cut up use where it's less noticeable.

Just ordered a deck of these from NUMS and got them through today. The quality of these cards are EXCELLENT. I've been trying to do a fan for weeks now and I can very rarely get a smooth/evenly spaced fan.. even with a brand spanking new deck of bikes. I opened the ghost deck, tried to do a fan and got it PERFECTLY on my first try. I love these cards! :D
