Hurrah! My whizzy new notebook arrived this morning and it came bundled with a webcam, so here's a piece of simple PK I did playing with Movie Maker.

Thanks for the comments, chaps. I was surprised at how well I stayed in shot and didn't really think about the moves. Mostly I was looking at the monitor.

The frame rate was 25, I think.
