Being a busker I would love to see a place where buskers and any one interested in busking can come and chat.

Assuming it's magic related Busking then I suggest you start a topic in the Miscellaneous room. It's probably not worth having a whole new room for busking, but I am sure busking topics could prove quite useful.

If it's not Magic related busking then try start a topic in the Doves Head.

Busking for magic... saw this in Amsterdam. Absolutely superb, and worth a few coins in the hat.

Also, went to Valencia in October last year, saw two guys doing 'comedy/marionette/illusion' on the street. Very good.

I would iimagine that busking is a great way to earn a few bob PLUS a brilliant way of breaking yourself in to doing proper show performances.
