This book is all about the diversions and techniques that professional pickpockets all around the world use.
On the first page, it says:

Guess why they wrote that? Because they will actually learn you how to pick pockets, not just some stupid diversions!
Cost
Depends on where you get it. A friend of mine gave it to me for free. ^^ If you don't have so many friends, you could get it from Amazon.
Difficulty
(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)
A big 5. It's all about sleights that must be used perfect and diversions that must be used on the right moment. One little mistake, and the effect is gone. And if you're misusing this on the streets, you might get arrested to.

The Chapters "Introduction", "The Pickpocket", "Why Pockets can be Picked", "The Mark" and "Diversions" are one big introduction to the world of Pickpocketing. You know what... I'll just tell something about every chapter:
Chapter 1: Introduction
This chapter isn't really important... The authors tells about a vacation to Rome, and that he was pickpocketed there... Also a big chunk of information about the history of pickpocketing.
Chapter 2: The Pickpocket
A little bit statistic information about pickpocketing. How big the chance is you'll get busted etcetera. Not very interessting.
Chapter 3: Why Pockets can be Pikked
How come people won't notice the fact that their wallet is being removed from their pocket? They'll also explain you why diversions are so important.
Chapter 4: The Mark
A little walk-through on how "marks" are selected, and how you can protect yourself from becoming the "mark" yourself.
Chapter 5: The Diversion
I won't tell you to much about this chapter, because this is one of the best chapters. All I can tell you is that it
is really good! It contains various diversions to distract people's attention from their wallet. Very good!
Chapter 6: The Pants Pockets
This chapters tells you how to empty someones pockets. I won't tell you to much, but the techniques explained in this chapter
are very realistic. You can use them in real-life if you've practised them enough. But only for entertaining purposes afcourse!
Chapter 7: The Jacket Pockets
This chapter won't tell you how to empty all the pockets of someones jacket, only the inner pocket. Very good, but not so
usefull when someones jacket is closed.
Chapter 8: The Watch
How do you steal someones watch while shaking hands without them noticing? Very good!
Chapter 9: How Pickpockets Practice
How do they practice? Read the book if you want to find out!
Chapter 10: The Quick Hit Artist
A little bit information about "Quick Hitters" Not very usefull, unless you have no style...
Chapter 11: Foiling the Pickpocket and Purse Snatcher
Nice chapter, but not so stunning as I expected it to be. It tells you how to make sure you don't get pickpocketed,
but it isn't very impressive.
Overall
Very nice book! Even the chapters that don't contain the fancy moves are very interessting, except for the chapters 1, 10 and 11 maybe.
But all the others are very good! It just teaches you how to pick someones pockets, but for entertaining purposes only afcourse.
If you come across this book, buy it! This book is so good!
