Ask a spectator to name any card. (7 of hearts)
Remove a deck of cards form your pocket. Show it to be totally blank on both sides.

Remove four cards from the blank deck and place them on the table. Explain that these four blank cards represent the four Sevens

Ask the spectator to select one of the four cards. Show the other three cards to be blank.

The card that the spectator selected is turned over. It is the Seven of hearts

great effect well worth it

This is an ALDO Colombini effect that if done right, is very good.
With a little thinking, you can make a back show up too.
