Review
Nice DVD set. I imagin if you have Sankey DVDs some of the tricks may be repeated but as this was my first Sankey DVD I found it amazing. I tended to avoid Sankey for quite a while and I don't really know why but after seeing this DVD I have become a big fan. I found him interesting to watch, easy to understand, good pace to explanations and it was nice to have the first DVD being totally tricks and the second DVD being the explations.
The third DVD of the bonus effects is also very nice and some very good tricks.
Also included in the DVD are archive bits taken from Sankey's magical life over the past 25 years and he has had some interesting hair styles!
The only but I can say a bad word about is when he is performing on DVD 1 his camera man moves about a lot and seems to be using a hand held camera so its a bit of a bumpy viewing but nothing major.

Overall
9 out of 10. Lost the mark for the bumpy filming as it gave me a bit of a head ache but thats all.

Magic is real, just look around you, some of the most amazing things have no reason, no explanation but are very real.

I have this but prefer 'The Very Best of Jay Sankey' 3 dvd set. it shows you jay performing these tricks for a real audience and gives u insight into misdirection and patter. It includes many of the tricks on this dvd

Thanks for the good review.

I find Sankey interesting to watch but just like Robin Williams I can only deal with him in small doses !

Since he puts the same effect (or small variations) on more than one disc sometimes it's hard to avoid paying for duplicates of some material if you buy several Sankey discs.
My favourites are the Very Best of set (better than Greatest Hits), Front Row, and I also like a lot of what's on the Secret Files discs although the material is more rough.
If you get Greatest Hits you will notice a lot of the same effects appear on VB and SF.
I'm not into coins very much, but a lot of people like Rev Coin Magic (but it's not for beginners).

I definitely wouldn't buy Rev Card Magic again.
