Texture Spray

Postby Dave S » Aug 7th, '06, 18:32

Texture Spray - Available from http://www.magic-mirror.co.uk

Creator - Steve Dela

Cost - £10.00

They say

"The Most Sophisticated hand lotion ever created for magicians.

This formula has been honed to perfection over 3 years of trial and improvement by award winning magician Steve Dela.

The spray is designed to give your hands the perfect texture for performing - it even works if you have dry or wet/greasy hands.

One of the few sprays in the world that you could spray directly onto your playing cards without fear of ruining them!"

What I say

Well that’s some hype to live up to and in my opinion, it’s great!. I always have dry hands and this makes it difficult to manipulate cards, especially the Erdnase change which I use loads and since using the spray, I know longer have to run to the bathroom to get some water on my hand to do the move.

All it takes is one spray on each hand and I can see this lasting a long time. You don’t get loads but then again, if you only use 1 spray on each hand, then it’s enough to the job.

The actual spray is non stick, and it won’t damage your cards, if anything it will help them because it will give them a slight smell of orange!

Will I buy again?

Yep, definitely.

Overall

8/10

Hey Dave glad you like the spray.

There is approx 300 sprays from each bottle, would last most performers 9 months to a year. Will vary with how often you work.

just orderd mine
cant wait!
i too have alot of trouble with the erdnase change, amongst other moves( I'm not a card juggler, but some of the basic moves, my hands just dont grip the cards when needed)
though it was something i would just have to live with, as licking my palms doesnt look too professional!
hoping to put it to good use
i did once have some "elite magicians hand lotion" from www.camirandmagic.com
this was supposed to be for dry hands, but didnt really do the job
so I'm hoping it will be better.........?
