It seems that this trick hasn't been covered yet, so here it goes:
The Effect
http://www.penguinmagic.com/europe/product.php?ID=657
The spectator shuffles the deck and cuts it into two piles.
The spectator gets a free choice of the two piles... whichever one the spectator picks is the one used...
Using the chosen pile, the magician offers the spectator a look at the cards one-by-one. Without tipping off the magician, the spectator thinks of a card and notes its position.
Now, the other pile is spread out and the spectator is instructed to push out any card from that pile. Without looking at this selection it is placed in the magician's pocket. We don't know which card the second card is, but we know it cannot possibly be the first selection because it is from an entirely different pile.
The spectator names the originally selected card. Magically it has vanished from its place in it's pile and has jumped to the magician's pocket.

Review
The trick is wonderful. It can be performed with a borrowed deck, in which case the reaction is even better. Althought some basic sleights are used, it is really easy to perform (took me only a quarter of an hour to master it). Once the card is removed from the pocket, spectators simply cannot believe it, it looks impossible. Yet it is so simple. I definitely recommend it. Can't even think of any drawbacks. No gimmicks, gaffs, etc are used.
