The Effect

This effect can be performed Anywhere, Anytime with No special props. No Props, No Gimmicks, No Switches and No Set Ups of any kind are required! Borrow a spectator’s signed coin... ask for any can of soda or beer from anywhere... then watch their face as their signed coin miraculously penetrates their sealed can, which immediately is heard and seen inside the can. This effect is an easy 3, basic sleights needed.

Review

In my opinion this effect is an essential string to any magicians bow, as it can be performed ANYWHERE, with no set up at all and borrowing all the props.

I purchased the DVD on friday of last week, and it takes you through every stage of the effect, from the initial vanish of the coin, through to hearing it rattle in the can and then opening the can, pouring the drink and seeing the signed coin inside. This really is a rarity in magic as the effect is phenomenal, people cannot believe their eyes, and EVERYTHING is examinable, before and afterwards. You are completely clean.

At the moment I am concentrating specifically on close up bar magic, and this effect will now be with me for a lifetime. It can be that one fantastic effect to pull out of the bag when you're put on the spot and not prepared, It really is an any time, any place killer of a routine!

Overall

I have to give this effect 10/10, I really cannot rate it highly enough. No gimmicks, simple sleights and blows your audience away.. what more do you want??

it is a very nice effect, looks clean and fair. I've only used it a few times but always get great reactions.

There are a couple issues with it you need to be aware of but it is by far the best coin/can penetration routine I have seen!

It's always a good idea to run a search to check if it's been discussed before (and there's been a lot of discussion on Sinful) and then you can add your views to that. Just helps to keep the place a bit tidier .
