Review

I know there have been reviews of most rings out at the moment but, thought ill add to it. basicly the first ring i got was a wizard pk ring. i thought it was ok untill i picked up a bottle too quick and it smashed the ring to pieces, that was the main thing that i thought let it down, the strength of the actual metal. couldnt fault their service though, they sent out a new one with in days and only charged the P&P.
the next thing i found with it was that the finish on it started to were off after only a few weeks it litrally now looks like a grey washer type thing and doesnt pass for a ring at all.

this new ring (have had it for 2 months now) is still as shiney as the day i got it! and i have been wearing it daily! it seems a hell of alot stronger too! both in magnetic pull and durability.

it has a similar shape to the new wizard ring but im imagining they will fade to grey too in no time.

you can get it in 3 colours too

Overall

having some fun with it at the moment and i dont look like i have a piece of ugly grey metal on my finger while doing it 9/10

The new Wizard G2 ring is coated differently, and won't fade as easily.

Also, it's stronger. :D

And, finally, it's cheaper.

Well, I have a Black's ring and I love it... besides, it looks more like real jewelry... especially for we older gents :?

Does any one in the UK sell these rings?
My Wizard one is heading for the same fate that everyone else's seems to which means it will soon be a circle of flaking rust prone to smashing into pieces.
Does anyone happen to know what metal the Black's ring is made of? I'm hoping to find one that is stainless steel or has some other kind of coating that it a lot better than the allergy inducing cheap rubbish that the Wizard one is coated with.
Sorry, if I am sounding a bit negative about the Wizard one, but I was initailly delighted with it and have found many uses for it, but the quality is so appalling that it's caused a lot of pain due to the poor quality metals and is rusting to buggery.
I want to keep using a PK ring as the effects acheived with it can be excellent, but I'm looking for one that is of a good quality and bit more durable than the Wizard one.
Hopefully the Black's one will suit my needs.

Hmm...based on some of the reviews here, I was actually going to invest in a Wizard PK ring, but now I'm in two minds

So would you dissatisfied WPK owners say that most of the positive reviews are being posted too soon after purchase....before age has taken it's toll on the beastie?

Sure - I know they're not pricey, but I'd rather pay a little extra, for something that's going to last a year or so at the very least.

Is rust, age and fading really that common with the WPK?

All my Wizard PK Rings are still in excellent condition. I would thoroughly recommend them. Especially the new G2.

Thanks for that, my banana-scented friend - it's good to know there's some folks out there who doen't have a problem with their WPK's.

I hear the distant sound of CUPS approaching ever more rapidly

As mentioned before, the new G2 Wizard PK is double-plated, and is much more resilient.

Saying that, as with any jewelry, these items may dull etc. with constant wear.

I STILL HAVE my original PK ring and although the edges look a bit dulled, it's still going strong a whole year on.

Everyone's different, I guess.

Being a total tightwad, I bought the lower priced rings - just to try them out, you understand  , and the silver one is certainly losing it's shine although the power is as good as ever. The gold one doesn't see the light of day very often but will probably fade in the same way so I guess it's worth paying a little bit more for one which will still look like a silver or gold ring in 12 month's time.

I know we're getting OT here from the OP, but - I'd probably snap your arm off for a deal like that Chris (I promise I'll re-attach it afterwards though... )

If you do decide to go down this route, could you PM me, or start a new thread.

PayPal account at the ready...! :D

Does anyone know much about these Black's rings?
My experience of the Wizrd ring has not been a good one. If you'd asked me in the first month I had it you would have received a glowing review but I would advise people to look at others.
