I was dissapointed by the bill switch explanation. Richard Sanders uses it on one of his Sanders Show dvds, and although it was far shorter, i understood his explanation much better. Credits due here though for some excellent ideas for the move

I give this DVD high props for the ideas and effects contained, as it does get you thinking of using the bill switch for things other than the bill switch.
