Surely it should be over 18s? This is a UK-based forum, not an american one, after all.

you would say that though!!
let's make it over 23's then! why not?

if you want a discussion without all the random folk throwing their 2pence/cents worth in you could always take it up in the magicians only section

how would we know who's actually over 18 anyway?

Custom R&S decks made to specification - PM me for details

Mostly, magicians are male. While we do have some females on this board, it is still a fact that magic is practiced by mostly males. Also, males (of the human species) mature at a much slower rate than females.

So, to deal with such a thing, I think that we need two different age groupings when deciding whether a male or a female is allowed into the "adult" group.

Personally, from my experience as a man and what I see around me in my day to day existence, is that males don't really begin to mature until they are 25. This is a slow process that will normally conclude when they are about 28 - 30. Sadly, some never really mature....

So, I suggest that the minimum age for an "adult" forum is 29 for the guys on the board.

For females...Well, I don't really know for sure. I don't understand them in any way, shape or form...Maybe 15.

Mike.

Such wisdom could only have come from a mature person

Having been happily married to Mrs DAT for over 20 years, there are still days when I fail to understand what goes on in the female mind

Ah Mr Kras a walking explination of word irony Dont you think chaps?

Mrs Dat? Was your first wife Called Mrs Dis. :D

I for one would like to see a "Maxium number of threads introduced a month" rule. Slow down Mr Kras you dont need to know about or tell us about 600 things really you dont. How about a Mr Kras sub Forum where we can discuss all things Kras.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

I would make a suggestion but most of them involve a computer keyboard being inserted somewhere very uncomfortable (like the back of a Voltswagon)....sideways.
