I agree with themagicwand and think that most of the people that book magicians for corporate work in particular, have their established routes for finding who is up to the job and then booking them accordingly. I don;t think that you would get any corporate bookers looking at TM.
As for weddings and the like, again, I think that people would simply rely on either the Yellow Pages or a google search for what is available in their area.
From the two or three posts that I've seen on TM that have been advertising for a 'late in the day' magician, they tend to have fallen well under the rate of pay that would seriously attract an established magician.
