I'm currently working on a feature article for a UK magazine about the use of cease and desist (C&D) letters to stifle online activity. The bottom line is, has anyone ever received a C&D letter (either in the post or via email) asking them to withdraw a comment or content from their site, complaining about a company name or accusing you of cybersquatting a domain? If so, do you fancy answering a few questions about how you handled it and what happened next? It's a chance to see your name (or a name you choose if you're shy) in WH Smiths in a couple of months time.
