Review

Very easy to do even for a novice. If you're thinking about whether to buy it, think back to the first time you saw the trick and how freaked out you were. Now read back to my first sentence and you should have your decision.

I got a question about the gimmick. For those who have it PM me. Think of a way so you can verify yourselves I'm new to this scene I don't know the procedures.

Got it. Showed it to 3 people. All three guessed how it was done. One even worked out what the "magic bit" is.
So now it sits in a cupboard gathering dust

With all due respect Trez, you should've practiced it a bit more.

Passing Thru is the only good thing that has come from Kevin Parker in my opinion.

I don't particularly think that it was my handling. The actual handling of the trick is fairly straightforward. I think it might be that the people I showed it too just think a bit too logically.

I might bring it out again at some point and try it on a different crowd, but the initial "I know how you did that" kinda put me off. It is a good effect though, won't argue with that

Passing thru

Postby Timelord » Jan 4th, '08, 20:48

I just downloaded Passing thru and found it a superb effect, a simple easily made gimmick that took me roughly two minutes to make and a very easy sleight that even a novice can master after a few minures practice.

You just need a suitable bottle, prepare a bit of
patter and get ready to astonish everyone you now.

A really amazing efect with very little effort. Well worth the price. currently $17 by paypal when I bought it £8.81

Passin Thru vs Insane Coin in Bottle

Postby claesmagic » Oct 21st, '08, 19:16

If you want the coin to be signed, here is another mindblowing principle for a CIB-routine, invented by 16-year-old Cameron Fletcher:

Imagine borrowing any bottle, borrowing any coin, let someone sign the coin and one second later the signed coin penetrates the wall of the sealed and un-opened glassbottle, with the liquid still inside. No duplicates.
