I have just received the following mail, via magic new Zealand
regarding the passing of Larry White.
In the past few years,I have communicated with Larry, within whom i felt that i had found a kindred spirit.
As i type this, im feeling sad that i shall never read his wise words again, but at the same time, Im glad that his long fight aganist the cancer that plagued him, is now over. Rest in peace Larry,Im sure that one day we shall meet.....

It is with deep sorrow that I report the passing this morning of Larry White. Although he fought his cancer for a long time, his fight ended at 4:00AM this morning.
Larry was the former editor of MUM, a mentor to many as well as a friend to all. His legacy will live on as I understand he has a column coming up thi year in MUM. His magic books for children are still in every library in the world.
Rest in peace my friend.
