Postby gastongaudio » Mar 8th, '09, 22:22

Hello all

And also which one would be better to get?
I was thinking of getting tarantule because its more expensive and doesnt that mean that its better?
anyway cheers for helping me out.

gastongaudio, the tarantula being more expensive means that it comes in a nicer box.

fearsons product works on an entirly different method.

and no. expensive doesnt mean better.

ive seen people do wonders with something that costs about the same as a pair of cheep black tights.

you're like Yoda.you dont say much, but what you do say is worth listening to....

ok then fair enough that was a bit dumb of me to say that.
however wht do you mean when it works on a totaly different method?
Do u think the tarantula is the same as the spider pen because i just bought the spider pen for 35 pounds and its a complete waste of money. the motor doesnt even work!

The tarantula looks good on the demo but fearsons one looks amazong too. Tarantula is the most expensive out of UFC and MLS by fearson but what would suit me, im 13 years old.
anyway cheers

I have put out an invitation to FEARSON and others to participate in a side by side comparison involving 5 noted workers who would give me the feedback they have on each unit; pros & cons. This way I can answer many of the questions you all keep bringing up in an educated manner vs. guestimations. Once I get hold of said items and can initiate the trials (which should take about a week) then I can give you some honest feedback.

Do Bear in Mind, those that refuse to participate are saying a heck of a lot when it comes to their confidence in their own product; something I take very serious. Case in point, the "developer" of a rather expensive impression system... now I have copies from other resources and yet this one source would not cooperate. An associate bought the board and then shared the in's and out's on it the whole pile of which explained the truth behind why he wouldn't contribute -- he knew his overpriced product was bunk and couldn't stand up side by side with the majority of the current systems out there; the guy didn't want me to poke holes into his marketing hype.

So long story short, I'm waiting to hear from Fearson and anyone else with a similar IT controller they feel worthy of competition with. If you know of one other than these two primary units, then get in touch with the designer and point him in my direction (I can always be reached via VISIONS or a PM here. Then again, many of you have my email address).

Time is short however, so I leave it in your hands to make things happen.

Just because something is expensive, it doesn't mean it is better. Although in some cases it is better. Depends on the item and the skill of the performer.

'tis true. You should see what I can do with black tights. Especially cheap ones.
