I think it is safe to say that the threads in the SinBin are 90 % spam and 10 % useless. Nobody is going to benefit from reading them.

Just look around ( read.. CASH CRUNCH ) !

Anyway, I was just wondering as to why the website administrators keep this junk, and unnecessarily waste disk space and bandwidth on such posts. They should just be deleted and the precious space and bandwidth used for something else .. in fact ANYTHING is more useful than spam !

Just a thought. Please, No malice intended to anyone ! I would say this is the best forum I've been to. The whole place looks friendly ( it IS friendly ), and I'm sure I'm going to enjoy my stay here..

The main reason for transferring some to the SinBin is that if we just deleted these posts, nobody would be aware of the problem encountered. The object is to shame as well as highlight the crud which arrives from time to time. Of course, you only get to see about 10% of the iffy stuff, the other 90% is usually (but not always!) deleted and the author banned within minutes or trasferred out of sight while we sort it. As some may have noticed, there's been a bit of editing in this thread as well so let's keep it sweet please.

And just to add... A huge round of applause for the MODS... who do that 90% we never see.....
