Hey Stephen i think you will find that Tony has the same opinion as me on the ethics of tricks i.e.if everyone e mailed the method then Laurence (who supplies this site free)and more important the inventor in this case anders moden lose out big time. When you buy an effect you mainly buy the secret.
I have a lot of effects and would only pass on info if the person that asks the question has bought the effect then i will give away any help .
I really am not preaching but come on anyone can view these post and would think we give everything away, lets face it there are enough muppets on the internet giving secrets away and depriving the inventor of his living.
there sorry if i offend but i've said it now
regards Trevor

I have to agree with you on this one Trevor. If people disclose secrets free on this site, another site or via e-mail then the only people we are harming are ourselves. It not only creates so called 'magicians' who can 'do the trick Blaine did', but also stops the magicians who invent these effects from getting the money they deserve.
I would like to say that I am not attacking anyone personally here, its just my opinion.

Moderating

Postby support » Apr 22nd, '03, 13:03

Now we have a nice new site, we will be moderating and enlisting others to do the same.
The use of this board to share copyright material, whether directly or indirectly, will not be a function we will allow, mainly due to the financial impact on the inventors.

i agree, if everyone just put the details of all the tricks up on the formum anyone could just look in and see how anything is done
