ECS: The Best Manufacture/Supplier Is....?

Postby dgmagic » Mar 21st, '10, 23:14

Hi All,

Spending a good deal of my spare time lately practicing coin sleights and enjoying some of the routines I'm developing as a result. Getting some great reactions in impromtu situations with spectator's own coins too!

Recently purchased the excellent CoinOne (Homer Liwag) DVD which meant I had to buy my very first ECS. This excellent product has inspired my own routine which would be coming along quite nicely if it wasn't for the quality of the ECS. It's an American half dollar manufacured by Tango. It is a very loose fit over the half dollars I use to practice with and looks nothing like the quality of coins as used by Mr Liwag.

Never owning one before, I would like to know is this typical of all ECSs? Are there better quality ECSs out there? If so who are the manufacturers/suppliers? Should I have bought one that was paired with a coin?

Any advice would be most welcomed!

Get your self a ECS from JB magic £2 version, they're very good and well made and fit well.

I had a Tango one a while back which I didn't rate at all, still the worst one I ever owned came with a DVD and it jammed on every coin :)

If ECS means what I think it does then the absolute best is Johnson Co.

They are in California and they are expensive. But they are the best.
