Paul Stockman's Impossible Envelope.

Postby Paul Stockman » Jun 6th, '10, 11:37

I have received many emails asking when my "IMPOSSIBLE ENVELOPE will be released.
The news is we begin filming with Alakazam and the wonderful Russ Stevens next week for a release date around the end of the summer, if not a little before.

Many of you already know that this is a utility device that can be used for an endless amount of routines and ideas.

The release will be followed up by a book being written by my good friend and mentor Craig Browning. The book will include routines and ideas by many names in our business, Including PEA members.

However we also want to include many of your routines and ideas in the book.
The plan is once we have released the Impossible Envelope there will be details of where to send your ideas and routines. Some will be included in the book.

There will also be some wonderful prizes for the top three submitted.

Regards

Paul Stockman

Sounds nice! You're DVD was brilliant (just sayin') and this looks promising too.

Can we hear more details of the effect please, or what is it capable of, and is it a close-up or a stage effect? (fingers crossed for both)

Thank you for the kind words I am delighted you are enjoying my DVD connected.

The Impossible Envelope is a utility device that can be used for so many effects.

I only perform stage and stand up but it could be used for close up too and I am sure there will be many guys who come up with some amazing close up uses for it.

However I have used it for Predictions, Newspaper Tests, Confabulations, Lottery Tests,
Drawing Duplications and many many more things.

The Impossible Envelope is a loading device and so can be used to load anything that will fit into an envelope. The possibilities are endless.

The sizes of envelopes are also flexible and so its my believe that this could be used for close up just as successfully as stand up and stage.

I originally came up with the idea for a prediction I was performing in my 2004 theatre show. It worked so well that it stayed in my show and was reincarnated a number of times for a multitude of effects and routines.

What we will be providing on the DVD are some basic ideas and routines and of course the all important methods and instructions.

The Impossible Envelope needs little skill but will deliver a mind blowing effect, now matter what you use it for.

If you are into predictions think of an envelope version of The Zimmerman Prediction Box.

If you are into Confabulation think of “My luckiest Day” tray routine.

I know you will have fun with this and for a worker it will provide you with many possibilities for your show.

Just a quick note here...

While the book project has fallen waaaay behind schedule due to some personal issues on my end, I can assure one and all that it is well on its way and will hopefully be out by November of this year and filled with contributions by some of the more reputable folks out there doing the work... including a very exciting piece by our own Dr. Todd that I'm looking forward to learning more about (Paul's certainly excited over it)

If you have purchased the DVD and have a handling or routine idea you feel noteworthy, PM me and we'll take a look at it. You never know, it may end up in the book...

That is - once the DVD has been released (or are there any advance copies available?)

Best regards
