Presto Pad

I'm after a review of the Presto Pad.

I was going to buy a couple of close-up pads but found the Presto Pad in various online stores and it seems to do the job.

Anyone bought/seen one?

Also, I'd get the large if I go ahead and be using it for cards, though it looks a bit uneven. I'd be glad to hear from anyone using it with cards.
