Don't be put of by the title!!!!!! This is a really good book!
I had been doing magic for quite a while when I came across this book but it is really good. It starts off with really easy gags more than tricks and works its way up to some pretty good card manipulations. It's mainly for begginers but usefull to the amature aswell. Its split into parts which each have a couple of chapters in them. The parts are
-Becoming magical
This introduces you to magic.
-Wizardry Anywhere
Lots of tricks to perform wherever you are.
-The Restaurant zone
A whole section dedicated to magic at the dinner table.
-Pick a Card trick...trick
Love this section, includes the "build your own card trick kit"
-Party time
Party tricks.
-The Part of Tens
Stuff about performing
-Appendixies
Magic stores, words, clubs ect

strangely enough i was down town today and saw this, i thought about buying either this or "the klutz guide to magic" but i hadnt really time to have a proper nosey at them... maybe at the weekend

i reallt like the bouncing bread roll trick. always makes people laugh!

Wow. I learnt to juggle about 12 years ago using a book entitled 'Juggling for the Complete Klutz.'

Is this part of the same series, do you know?

It is indeed - Klutz is a publishing house something like Dummies but for kids (although not bad for adults too I guess .

I have the Klutz Guide to Magic...I spent a lot of time with it when I was getting started. It comes with rope, a ring, latex for the coin-thru-latex trick, and a TT...and full instructions and tips for all of the above.
