Hey guyz,

I was just wonderign what yo guyz though or even know about David Stone.

He's a French close-up magician who was in FISM and won for the close-up sector.
I've met him personally and seen him in 3 different actors, i own both his close-up dvd's for "table hopping" and i must say i don't really watch it for the tricks but rather for the skills he shows you in how to be a performer.

He's one of the top close up magicians around.
His dvds are excellent, for performance advice, business advice, and the tricks too.
Talking of which, maybe it's time to get them out again and learn something else - think I only do one routine from them regularly.

I agree... i hope he's working on more dvd's as well but i only just got them back out now

I have both his 'Real Secrets of Magic' DVDs and his book 'Close Up' all of which are excellent. He is a slick and likeable performer and there is some great material on his DVDs (as well as some very funny moments).

if anybody is going to this years SOUTH SHIELDS MAGIC CONVENTION, David Stone is booked as one of the artists on the bill, and is one of those people that I am looking forward to seeing the most.
