Review What I was expecting:-
Some coins and a ]

What I got some coins and a special locking gimmick, which is serviceable for the routine but I’m not a fan, that said the coins themselves are faithful reproductions of Morgan silver dollars in both size and weight i.e. chunky and nicely aged, the only one criticism you could give them is that they do have the word copy stamped on them in small lettering but it is not noticeable in regular use and does allow you to “clone” the coin and show it as a “copy”.
This set can be used for other routines and are great for coin rolls, for me having Paul Daniels hands there a little big for palming commutable, the single routine is well explained in detail in two phases although my DVD appeared not to include the routines explanation until I manually skipped forward to find it as it doesn’t appear on the menu.
Mine was bought from e-bay for £27 and at this price is good value but I will defiantly be sourcing a ] and changing the routine slightly to accommodate its use, wither I’ll be able to use both for a triple coin will remain to be seen.

Overall DVD 8-10, most people will download the parts they need to there computer for practise (potential copywriter / personal use issue here).
Coins + gimmick 9-10, nicely aged and gimmick is serviceable and a maintenance section is included.

I bought this for the routine. The coins are not bad for practicing but can't be compared with real morgans. Routine is ok though. A lot different to the demo that magic makers put up for it. I think this is a good set for beginners. the coins do look similar to aged morgans with a nice patina but they feel completely different. They also talk a lot.

so true but for me it was a nice price but even at £50 regular price its still well under half the price of a standard ] let alone a slippy one without the £20+ price tag for single decent morgans.
I bought thease becuase they were cheep and I had heard they were smaller than regular morgans which are to big to be used comftably by me, in the past i've been lucky to have my coins / tokens custom sized for me, thanxs dad.

that said the routine suplied has even me feeling happy to do a click pass with thease chunky efforts and the routine is nicely constructed to eliminat a lot of the possible talk issues while big upping the parts were it helps with the convincer, I also realy like the one handed take vanish which is made a breaze thanxs to the slippy part of the ], just another advantage mr ledveridge may have missed out with his lovely colour coin set which I also like.

The best thing about the coins is that they have nice sharp edges and classic palm easily ( not that this routine needs a classic palm)

The one handed take vanish is a great move and the best way yet to get the last coin across IMHO. Much better than the French pop that most use. I think it originated with Gary Kurtz. I know it's the same move bob kohler uses in the fantastic U3F. Very deceptive.

The only thing I wasnt keen on is the tap sleight that gets the second coin secretly across. It always seems so obvious to me. I've replaced that with something more motivated and undetectable. I do love a good three fly :)
