I too am a fan of Pete Firman. He is an extremely funny performer with a unique style. I love his Mr Ball routine!

I am a MASSIVE fan of the Firmski!!!! :)
I am repeatedly left baffled and amazed by his tricks, stunts and skills.
I have seen him perform live in loads of venues from the Edinburgh Festival in Flimflam, to Battersea Barge (Dirty Secret Club), to WARPED at the Clerkenwell, as well as in small comedy clubs, and in theatre venues.
He always produces a quality skillful entertaining performance, and deals with hecklers - usually without even missing 'a beat' - brilliantly!!! Basically, heckle the Firmski at your peril!!!!!

I haven't seen much of his tv work yet unfortunately, but - would much rather be at a live show anytime, as I don't think magic often has the same effect being watched on tv!!!

Basically, Pete is immensely talented onstage, and seems to be a pleasant down-to-earth guy offstage!!
(As well as being incredibly 'cute' with great hair!!  )!!!!!

Just watched this last night. His patter, audience interaction, asides, all great. Thought there was something not quite "him" about the delivery, couldn't quite put my finger on it - is it Eric Morecambe? Maybe Lee Mack (Lee does a great Eric Morecambe, maybe that's it).
My 13yr old was blown away. She is heavily into baking just now and said "HOW DID HE DO THAT?"
"Magic"
"BUT HE SET FIRE TO IT!"
Nice one Pete.

The magic of the older generation communities monkey magic on Channel 5 a few years ago after a bit of a slating. I think he is now well and truly a great comedy magician, who saw him agree to live as I am sure of their reputation.

I didn't see him on Comedy Rocks, but my non-magi brother said the method was obvious and he quite clearly flashed the method a few times.
He was not impressed with him, however each time I have seen him perform he has been excellent.

He was on "Dick and Dom" this morning (don't ask  ). Did a short spot, chair levitation. Very funny without any trace of Eric Morecambe. Loved "it's almost like comedy" and (to Dick) "don't ad-lib, yer putting me off"!

Pete's new show is on tour, I saw it at the Artrix in Bromsgrove and it's another belter of a show.
