Well I never thought about returning to magic after a 22 year break. I got into magic when I was about 14 and being off school for 3 months I was taken to a joke shop in Leicester and discovered BB Magic. The man behind the counter was so helpful, demonstrating everything, I became a regular visitor, then marriage, work and children took over and that was it.
I never lost the love of magic and although 2 of the children are grown up we have a 7 year old who watches every magic show on tv. So its time to show her what dad can do. I am waiting for my copy of Mark WIlsons magic to arrive, this time around I want to learn sleight of hand, not depend on learning ready made tricks.
Knowing my daughter I will end up being 'volunteered' to put shows on for her friends and the many clubs she is in.
