Hello everybody!
I'm Dan, I'm 18 and work as a professional magician (mainly restaurants) around Manchester. I've been interested in Magic for as long as I can imagine, and have practised the art of deception for around 4 years now.
I've only recently (in past 2 months) gone fully professional, but hopefully work will keep growing and I can fulfil working my dream job.
I favour close-up magic because of how personal and `real` it is, while I also like stage because of the advanced set-ups I can use. I try to combine both, making my surroundings into a secret stage of witchcraft and gimmickry where possible.
My style of magic, is defiantly very fast and deliberately confusing, I often almost try to perform as if I'm performing two effects at once, no time to breath, just *boom, boom, boom!* haha. (oh the confounded faces...
)Anyway!
