Personally, I think he should be dragged from Blackpool right now to sort this abomination immediately.

Or I can wait...

He's been in the Ruskin, knocking back the G&T for most of the day. Who knows what state TM would be in if he was let loose on it now

I have worked out why I didn't get an e-mail; my profile still had an old e-mail address. This was odd, because I am sure Mandrake helped me change it years ago. Either my memory is faulty, or somehow the profile got reset (maybe when we changed to the new style of forum?). If anyone else didn't get the e-mail, I suggest checking your profile (and your spam filter settings, of course).

Sorry folks, that Area was left locked to make sure we didn't get any spam or silly stuff in there and, although I had good WiFi at Blackpool last year, this year it was non-existent so I was unaware of the problem until I crawled back home an hour or two ago.... Hopefully you should all now be able to see the Interview, my apologies to Lee for the problem, he's been so patient for a very long time over this and then it goes slightly pear shaped on the launch pad  !

The email thing was sent to all the currently registered email addresses, you can change or update the details in your Profile. I understand that we had a few complaints over that email one or two because I hit the submit button twice (connection problems at the time made me think it hadn’t gone first time round) so the message was duplicated and there were a few others who were appalled to be 'spammed' with unwanted messages. As this was only the second mass email in ten years, I don't think this couild be called a huge spamming session!

As always, if there are any difficulties like this, let us know and we'll try to sort them out.

Thanks Lee!

(Mandrake breathes a sigh of relief, wipes fevered brow, reaches for a very large and purely medicinal G&T....)

Lee's a really nice guy.
I've bombarded him with PM's over the last few months, & he's always found the time to
reply in a very informative way.
I love his approach to magic, & I'm sure we will all learn many more good routines from him in the coming years.

Thanks Lee for all your help, & advice, very much appreciated.
