MANY THANKS guys for the kind words. Back yesterday from 9 days in hospital. Open went smoothly--no pain--no bleeding.
Have to await now biopsy results--29 Oct. To see if they can treat it.

20 cm sinister lump on liver. Ouch.

Spirits fine. Body tired and a bit disorientated.

YOU ARE KEEPING ME GOING. Back here on Monday.

Best wishes
Allen T

Allen, great news.

I didn't say anything when you went in because I always feel awkward wishing luck in those circumstances, because it suggests you need it, which is psychologically a bit messed up. However I have no problem saying congrats on a successful op. Getting out of hospital is always a good thing.
