All I want for Christmas is.........

Postby kevmundo » Dec 1st, '12, 12:56

Since the big day is nearly upon us, I thought I'd see what you lovely people at TM are wishing for Chrimbo from your families, Santa and the Baby Jesus?? At least then, in true internet style, I can see what's trending amongst the magi!!

On Christmas day I'm hoping to be unwrapping Larry Becker's Ultimate Flashback, and Paul Wilson's 5 DVD take on the RRTCM. As a treat I've also just ordered a Mystery Box II and the Deluxe Nest of Wallets by Nick Einhorn - expect a review of this in the coming days!

Anyway, if you get chance, let me know what you've asked Santa for Christmas!! I'm starting to get excited already. I can see me pushing my little boy out the way as I run down the stairs shouting, "He's been, he's been!!!"

Merry Christmas

Awww very lucky!! When I'm not watching/reading magical resources, I'm normally to be found watching masterchef Australia. Hope you cook up a storm!

Oh I'm excactly the same, Masterchef is must watch TV for me, either that or I'm glued to one of the food channels. Food is is a bigger thing for me than magic at the moment, I finished my NVQ last year and when my girls are a little older, the plan is to open my own Algerian resturant.

I'm getting Series 1 of "It Takes A worried Man" and lashings of cheap merlot! :D

The most important thing for me is getting time to sit and have a really good think about what will be the next Subversive Circuits release.

Plenty of books, all subjects. Nothing more. Though the cookery course sounds very good.

Pure Smoke from Ellusionist is at the top of my list along with a couple of new tools (actual wood working stuff) so I can really make some magic.

I'd love somebody to give me a live aboard boat. Renovation needed or not!

I've made a schoolboy error!

I've just got a Mystery box II - (It's fantastic by the way - beautifully made and worth every penny) . But I bought it specifically to do an impossible location routine using an Extractor deck. Unfortunately my Extractor is blue and the mystery box is set for a red deck. Total mer!!! :( However, I actually used it last night and I just placed a red pack of cards, in a blue card box. I never mentioned it and no-one seemed to notice or care. Weird methinks!!

On my list is an Espionage Wallet, cos i had a play with one the other day, and a JOL wallet, actually wonder if Mr Invisible still has his going, might treat myself!

I also have some £2 coin bits coming, i have a £2 shell, £2 magnetic flipper, £2 split coin/clone coin, do you see a pattern?

In the way of books, there are a few i want, but I'm not sure yet, maybe Gold Dust by Paul Gordon

Much love
