The deck is brilliant - it is much sturdier than R&S decks - you can quite happily overhand shuffle it - I can even riffle shuffle mine without a worry.

When I perform it I let the spec do all the work in their hands until the very last selection.

Noise - not a problem - it is very minimal and just talking while doing the turnover eliminates this.

Yes, you could make your own deck cheaper - but then you could make most things cheaper than you could buy them.

I love routines that come with it and have worked a couple of my own routines and use it virtually every time I perform.

I bought it and learned how to make my own. But like any magic, it is the presentation that can make this effect fun and entertaining.
What I like about it is that it is angle proof, plays for a wide range of ages and can be done for large or small audiences. You do have to learn how to handle the deck properly and this will determine how long your deck will last. I personally do not have the volunteer throw the cards all over the floor.
Yours truly, Vincent :D
