Testors Dullcote

Postby kevmundo » Oct 30th, '12, 17:45

I'm pleased to announce that I've just made my first effect using an R&S principle. I never once however, counted on the overwhelming stupefication that comes with releasing even the tiniest amount of Testors Dullcote (from now on known by its street name - The Wizard Slayer!), within a household environment. Even in my office with the window wide open, exposing me to bracing winds and freezing temperatures, the Wizard Slayer still managed to give me a mind bending flashback to my University days.

Should you ever be considering using this material, let this serve as a warning. Do NOT use unless you're in a field wearing a gas mask!

I will always carry a can of this with me now wherever I go, not because I have become addicted to it's noxious vapour, but because if I ever bomb in front of an audience, I will just spray them with Testors. They won't remember a thing!!

The cheap and cheerful disposable facemasks are less than useless with solvents like this, you need the proper ones with changeable filter units. Failing that, an aqualung and full face diving mask!

I always do this outside, I made the mistake of doing it in the kitchen once and was dancing on pink and fluffy clouds for the rest of the evening.

The system I developed was this - place some out, hold breath, open window, use Testors, run from room, lock door, wait 15 minutes. Repeat.

It seemed to work, sort of!

I just spray 52 at a time then sit in the nearby sofa and crack a beer.
Hmmm

I don't doubt you for a second!! I reckon I need to build up some resistance though!!! I've got a few more effects using R&S that I've happened upon so I'll be trying again tomorrow. Even though my house smells like a chamber at Porton Down.
