For a forthcoming, non-magic-related project, I'm putting together some exercises to help people improve their visualisation skills. However, I can visualise the spots off of chicken pox. I basically need some brains to experiment on.

If you are no good at the old mind pictures, and are game, can you drop me PM with your email address so I can send you a pdf of instructions?

The exercises will require a certain level of commitment from you, but we're only really talking about 15 or 20 minutes a day for a week or three. And some feedback, natch.
