Hi,
My name is Luis. I just moved to Oxford from Madrid, Spain.
I am 40. Mostly a magic amateur. Skilled hobbyist you call it? I love card magic.
I am also a writer of magic. I gues that makes me a CW.
I've been in magic since I was a boy, but it wasn't until I was 15 or so that I came across my first magic book.
Since then I've been quite fortunate to have met and learned from many outstanding magicians from many countries. My work as a translator/interpreter at magic conventions has made it possible.
I have written 2 books and translated over 25, some of them into English.
I'm looking forward to meeting local magicians in a friendly, non-competitive context, just for the fun of discussing magic and effects, studying books together and exchanging views and discoveries.
