Difficulty
(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)

I'd give this a 3. It isn't very difficult to make, and it is pretty easy to operate.

Review
This is the first release from one of the members of the Talkmagic community: Relish (AKA Rich Gerrish).
The instructions are pretty clear with plenty of photos and a template you can print to help make the device. There were a few points in the descriptions which made me confused and I had to reread and try to work out what it was I needed to do. However, eventually I ended up with a finished product which looked just like the one in the photos, and I must say that it is very easy to make.

The device is designed to be very versatile, many deck switches require a certain kind of clothing. This switch basically requires trousers and some kind of top (shirt, t-shirt, jacket, jumper etc.). It is designed to be worn in such a way that it does not take up any of your valuable pocket space which is a huge bonus!
Personally I found the device to be a little bulky. I couldn't wear it in the way advised in the instructions unless I wore a loose jumper, however I found that I could wear it more towards my back and it was suitably hidden.

The switch feels surprisingly smooth. When I was building the device I expected the switch to be very clunky and difficult to operate. However after just a few trials I found it to be very smooth and easy to do. One of the great options is that you can switch decks when they are not their cases and this feels just as smooth and easy to do as with cased decks.

Another nice touch is that you can just keep switching... So you can switch a stacked deck in, then out again and then back in again!

So I used this in performance a couple of times in place of my regular deck switch. I found it easy to operate, and easy to conceal the switch from my audience - particularly since I was performing close up and standing with people in a crowd in front of me. I was able to use my left hand to display something while my right hand did the switch while seemingly resting at my side.

Overall
This is certainly an interesting option for a deck switching device. Apparently it was initially designed for use with jeans and t-shirt, but I don't think it could be used successfully in that way unless you wear baggy shirts - it is just too bulky.
However if you wear a jumper the size of the device is easily hidden, likewise with a jacket. Alternatively you could move the device behind you where I found it easier to hide with a t-shirt. I suspect that this may come down to body shape and personal style preferences.
Certainly worth taking a look but I doubt it's something I will use regularly going forward. If I find myself in a situation where I'll be performing in a jumper or a jacket then I'll consider this switch.
