I've been trying to buy quite a few items from Unleash Your Dreams (spirit lamp etc), but it's proving almost impossible to contact the owner of the site to place the order. I've exchanged a few emails with Simon (the site owner) but I'm still no further forward in getting the full spirit lamp kit.

As I've got a few evenings coming up which would be suited to the spirit lamp, I'm desperate to get hold of it!

Can anyone suggest an alternative if I can't get UYD's lamp?

That's a pity.. I have got a few items from his Ebay site, and always have them delivered in 24hrs..

Can't you just buy it off his site? The "Buy Now" buttons seem to be working. That's how I've purchased things from him in the past.

I've seen the ebay stuff, so I contacted Simon and he said that the kits available from his own website have a lot of the "extras" included which the ebay kits do not.

I'm more than happy to buy direct from UYD's website if it's better value for money, and would have thought that with ebay and PayPal fees it would have been better for UYD for me not to buy from the eBay site...

There are "Buy Now" buttons on both those pages. I'm struggling to see the problem here - but I could be missing something really obvious!

probably didn't make my original post clear enough. They offered various customisations of the lamp and other bits and pieces so I couldn't just 'buy now' as I couldn't get hold of them by email to discuss requremnents.
Anyway, I've managed to contact them via their ebay page so hopefully everything will be sorted. Apparently they had internet problems so could not access emails

Unfortunately I've been badly let down by Unleash Your Dreams and have waited nearly three weeks for the full kit to be delivered and then having a refund issued to me after I asked why I still hadn't received it.

Anyway, does anyone have one for sale ? I'm after the full kit, rather than just the lamp.

Was hoping to get it for this halloween but looks very doubtful now

I had similar bad experience with ULYD couple of months ago. Orded Box Of Delights, but got no confirmation of payment/shipment. I emailed the site and and Simon personally, no response. Did that several times, even on Facebook, but no response. Finally, after 2 months of waiting, after i said i´m going to report this to public if he doesnt respond he emailed me and sent a photo of presumably new parcel and it finally arrived. I would not risk again.

I was disappointed really because he has such good reviews on here. I eventually managed to get a second hand lamp I had seen advertised, so at least I'm ready for this Halloween (plus I saved myself £160!)
