Is Pyschological Subtleties 3 as good as 1 and 2?

The easy answer would be that I should buy it, read it and see. I didn't know it existed until recently and hoped you could let me know your views in relation to the first two. By the end of the 2nd we seem to have a full understanding of what a subtlety is. I presume therefore that the volume is an extension using new tricks and uses or would I be surprised at new techniques and methods?
