Painful Muscle Pass

Postby Kai Burton » Aug 6th, '15, 21:53

So I've recently decided to learn the muscle pass. I've never felt the need to learn this move before now but my repertoire is having a serious overhaul. But the thing is my palm is killing me! I've got a callous (if spelt right) forming which is very sore and my wrist is murder. So my question is this... Does this discomfort pass with practice? Or am I gonna end up with a hole being rubbed through my hand?

like any sport there is a period of hand conditioning and muscle training, don't over do it, give your hands chance to heal.
over time you will achieve your goal, my little finger is arthritic by practising a back clip for far to long without proper breaks and rests all for a trick I no longer do so be warned little and often but don't over do it.
:D

Stop! let the muscle and hand heal. Two reasons. First. It is not worth it. Second. Muscles don't work properly when they are in pain. Third, (yes I lied there is more), When you heal and go back to it, I think you will be surprised at the results.
