Hi
i was just wondering why Erdnase did not include a chapter in his revolutionary book about center deal. Did he think it is not worth it or was he not aware of it at that time?
thanks

I don't think it existed at the time.

i think otherwise. i think there are not many applications of a center deal to a gaming table which is why Erdnase did not emphasize on it. Most ceter deals use a break between two halves or a step and both are difficult to hide and master. I saw darwin ortiz doing a center deal and you can clearly see the break from front.
i think erdnase focused more on bottom dealing and passes to set up for a bottom deal
