Delays from this supplier have been mentioned several times before here on TM. However a lot of their stuff is hand made or hand aged/finished so will have a significant delivery time. Best course of action is to keep emailing Rick until he gets back with an answer.

They have promised twice now that the accessories will arrive still not received though. The main effect came without the accessories which I ordered at the same time. I'll wait and hope. Cheers I'm just putting a bizarre act together.

Not exactly a good recommendation for Outlaw. If you paid by PayPal you could start action to reclaim the money - if by credit card you could drop the card issuer a line and explain that you've paid but not received. A bit of pressure from them might move things along.

This crops up now and again with Outlaw, I never had an issue and the products are great but this puts me off the big ticket items from them.

I have had nothing but problems on three separate occasions with my orders, even been sent non existent tracking numbers. I will never order from them again
