A little effect i thought up.

Effect
a genuine random deck of cards cut by a spectator as much as they want.
the said pack could have been with a spectator in a sealed envelope years before a show
you could be naked and blindfolded to any degree (P.s. not really needed or probably legal but this is how fair the routine is).
yet some how you deal the cards leaving 4 aside them four being the aces, somehow you've remembered the order of the deck and exact location of the aces.
no peeks, no gimmicks, nothing at all tricky.
the simplicity would kill you.
i would just like to know one thing.
thinking as a magician is there anything you would question regarding this effects fairness and i will take note if my effect is free of the stated trickery like for starters the deck is not in anyway ST****D in to a certain order.

Because you're only cutting and not shuffling, we all know that the order of the deck isn't changed.
Okay, you don't need a st****d deck, but all you need to know is the card immediately before each of the aces .... I'm assuming that the cards are dealt face up, so you can see the value of the cards as they're being dealt ??
If the cards are dealt face down, you can mark the aces beforehand, with a very small nick that you can feel with your thumb or finger as you deal them. This method allows the spectator to shuffle the cards if they wish, you just need to secretly feel for the nick before you deal each card down onto the table.

EDIT: I've noticed that you said you could do it blindfolded, so my first method is out, but my 2nd method should still work

i could give you the deck of cards now and then come back to you days, months or even years later and do the trick while it could be done with knowing the card before each ace one would struggle to remember four cards for that length of time. with the method i use the deck can be freely mixed by one self seemingly memorised and then give it to the spectator for any length of time you could go on to spend rest of a day with the person without even writing a thing and still find the aces no marks no peeks nothing

Interesting ..... just a few questions to clarify things:
Do you look at the value of the cards when you deal them on the table, or can you do it by dealing the cards face down??
If you do not look at the value of the cards, do you look at the top (or bottom) card of the deck, when the spec has finished cutting the deck??
Can the deck be shuffled, or can it only be cut??

i dont peek at any card. it can only be cut. i can do it face up or face down but the latter is harder.

Short cards?

Culling the cards as you "'memorise" them, cop them, let the spec cut / shuffle as much as he wants & return the deck to you.
Return copped cards to bottom and bottom deal them as you like.

Not that I can do any of that myself, just guessing
